This small inverter works very well. However transistors need to be heatsinked if you want them to last and make this unit usable. You can take them out, put both of them on a big heatsink, and then connect their pins back to the board. You can increase the base resistors (1K) to 3.3K to draw less current (about 1A) at 12.7V DC input, and drive nicely a 220VAC 8-10W LED bulb of 740-1000LM, from points A & 2, with good efficiency. If you do not increase the resistors, you can drive bigger loads 30-50W but current and heat dissipation will increase. AC output is from points A & 2. DC output is from points B(+) and D(-). It is advised to connect an 680K resistor and a bypass capacitor 1.1-3.3uF/400V both in parallel to points B & D to smooth out the DC voltage and limit the peaks. Avoid to measure output voltages with a cheap multimeter as you may destroy it. Oscillation frequency is around 4.7-4.8KHz and the waveform produced is as shown in the pictures. I have also drawn its diagram.
